Andrea brings over 20 years of recruitment industry experience, having worked through the GFC, COVID, and the everyday juggle of life as a working mother. Her deep market knowledge, combined with lived experience, gives her a unique edge in guiding recruiters on the next step in their careers.
After a successful career as a Senior Accounting & Finance recruiter, Andrea pivoted into Rec to Rec, and in 2017, that was when Connecting Recruiters was born.
